Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Sequoia Labs (the “Company”) and of users in connection with the use of AI Detectors (aidetectors.cc, the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service statistically measures and reports how likely it is that submitted Korean text was written by AI, and provides a function that refines sentences into a more natural style. A result is a reference-only likelihood score; it does not guarantee accuracy, and it does not guarantee that the text will pass any particular external detector.

Article 3 (Paid Service and Payment)

• The paid service is sold as a pack of credits. One credit means one use of refining a single document with the AI model; AI detection does not consume credits.
• Payment is processed through the payment gateway PayApp. This is not a subscription, so there is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing.
• Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of payment; once that period passes, any remaining credits expire. The validity period and the number of credits are disclosed on the pricing page before purchase.
• Refunds follow the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and the policy of the payment gateway, and are processed through the payment gateway.

Article 4 (Obligations of the User)

• Users shall not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or for any purpose that violates the law.
• Users shall not place an excessive load on the Service by automated means.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The likelihood scores and edited results provided by the Service are reference material, and the Company is not responsible for the outcome of any decision a user makes on the basis of them. The Company’s liability is limited for any interruption of the Service caused by events beyond its control, such as acts of God or failures of external services.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms when necessary and will announce any change within the Service. Revised Terms take effect from the time they are announced.
